Quick and easy recipe, ideal for a New Year's Eve party. The pralines look impressive and surprise you with the texture and the almond heart.

Szybki i łatwy przepis, idealny na przyjęcie sylwestrowe. Pralinki są efektowne, zaskakują konsystencją i migdałowym sercem.
Prep time: 1 hr
Yields 30 pralines

                             Ingredients
1 pckg vanilla pudding (powder)
1.5 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp gelatin
2 tbsp coconut shavings
30 almonds
1 tbsp coca powder



                                                                                 Method
1. Prepare the pudding (Combine the pudding powder, sugar and 1/4 cup of milk. Boil the rest of the milk. While stirring pour the milk with the powder into the boiling milk. Boil for
a moment and turn the stove off.)
2. Stir the gelatin in until it melts.
3. Add coconut shavings and stir.
4. Divide pudding into 2 parts. Add the cocoa powder to one of them and stir well.
5. Put 1 tsp of the pudding into each praline mold. Put one almond in each mold. Fill the molds with the pudding until full.
6. Put the molds into the freezer for ca. 30 mins. It should make taking the pralines out of the molds easy.
7. Leave for a moment to thaw. Decorate with coconut and chocolate shavings. Bon apetit!

                                Składniki
1 opakowanie budyniu
   waniliowego
1,5 szkl mleka
2 łyżki cukru
4 łyżeczki żelatyny
2 łyżki wiórków kokosowych
30 migdałów
1 łyżka kakao





                                                                           Wykonanie
1. Przygotować budyń (Rozpuścić proszek i cukier w 1/4 szkl mleka, resztę mleka zagotować. Mieszając wlać mleko z proszkiem do gotującego się mleka, chwilę gotować i zestawić z ognia.)
2. Dodać żelatynę i mieszać aż się rozpuści.
3. Dodać wiórki kokosowe i wymieszać.
4. Podzielić budyń na 2 części. Do jednej z nich dodać kakao
i dobrze wymieszać.
5. Kłaść po łyżeczce budyniu jednego koloru do foremek do pralin, na to położyć po 1 migdale, dopełnić foremki budyniem.
6. Włożyć foremki do zamrażalnika na ok. 30 minut. Po tym czasie pralinki powinny ładnie wyjść z foremek.
7. Zostawić na chwilę, aby odtajały. Udekorować wiórkami
i kawałkami czekolady. Smacznego!
